The conversation

The 45-minute conversation booked through the site has no cost and creates no obligation to hire. In it we tell you where the idea starts. Proposal, scope and price come afterwards, in writing.

Minimum and scope

Glitch does not work below R$ 8,000 per delivery. If your case is smaller, we point you to who does. What is on the site describes the kind of work the house does; what applies to your project is what is in the signed proposal.

The Lab brief

Sending a brief through the Glitch Lab form is a request for a quote, not a contract. The material you send remains yours and is used only to quote and produce what you asked for.

Site content

Texts, images and cases published on the site belong to Glitch or to the clients who authorized publication. You may quote with a link; you may not copy it to present as your own.

Changes and jurisdiction

Glitch may update these terms; the version that applies is the one published on this page. For any dispute, the courts of [district] are elected.
