The most dangerous place in the market is the middle.
When margins tighten, everyone does the same thing. They slow down and press into the middle, where the herd huddles to keep from freezing. And it works, because together nobody freezes. Except the warmth there is borrowed and thin, enough to survive on, and surviving is not all we want.
The worst mistake is making too few of them.
Surviving is enough for almost everyone, and not for us. We are few, and we do not want to be the bulk of the herd. We want to open our own trails. We want real heat, which always comes with a dose of chaos. Getting there means leaving the huddle and crossing the cold on your own. That is the risk, and we choose it every time.
Restless, unsatisfied, unwilling to settle is what we are. The rest is what we sell.
Glitch does communication and technology: brand, campaign, site and digital product, and every delivery passes through my eyes before it goes live. You might sell clothes, books, courses, cars, mattresses. The trade changes, the craftsman is the same: someone who wants the world to see a future that so far exists only in the reflection of their own eyes.
We do not convince. We drag.
You are fighting for a truth that is not clear even to you, and you listen to instinct over an entire crowd. So do we. That is why we pull the ones with little faith into the process and get them hooked on investigating what nobody wants to look at, on redoing what is already finished until it is right. Nobody walks into that place willingly. All of us were pulled in by something bigger.
A thousand misses for half a hit.
To whoever is squeezed in among equals, that sounds like waste. Here it is the opposite: failure is the most valuable signal we get, because it tells us the thing is alive and moving. Failing rarely means we stayed too close to what we already knew, and failing differently means we are on the right track.
The idea is older than the company.
Chasing failure as a signal became our Hypothesis: truth is something we chase for a lifetime without reaching, and the path is to investigate, confront, absorb and act. Truth is the unreachable goal that keeps us in permanent motion, and the path is a real, tangible thing that we learned to walk without fear.
Inspiration is only the start of the process.
On its own, courage repeats the same fall over and over, and that is expensive distraction. Method is what separates the two: the investigation before the build, the standard set before the first piece, the review at the end. Every stumble goes into a record that later becomes a rule, and the next failure is always a new one. That is how you learn to fail better. You could even say: to fail right.
There are safer companies than Glitch, and if that is what you are looking for, this is the best place for us to part ways. But if you want to make what does not exist yet, and build what nobody believes is possible, we do that together.
From here on, the choice is yours. This story stays yours alone, with you dragging everyone else along, or it becomes about the two of us, chasing what nobody has seen.
