Privacy policy
This policy covers the site glitchia.com, including the Glitch Lab page. The party responsible for it is Glitch, [legal name], CNPJ [number], São Paulo, SP.
What we keep
When you send a brief through the Lab form, we keep the agency name, what you need, the deadline, the reference link and the email you gave for the reply. When you book a conversation, Cal.com receives your name, email and the chosen time. When you talk to us on WhatsApp or by email, the conversation stays in the channel where it happened.
What for
To answer what you asked for: send back deadline and quote, confirm the conversation, carry the project forward. We do not sell or pass on this data, and we do not use it for email you did not ask for.
Where it lives and for how long
Form data lives in a Glitch database hosted on Supabase. Bookings live in Cal.com. The notification email goes through Resend. We keep the brief for [retention period] from the date it was sent, or until you ask us to delete it.
Usage measurement
The site measures visits with Umami, which uses no cookies and does not identify the person. The site chat records the conversation so we can reply.
Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law, you can ask to see, correct or delete what we keep about you. Just write to contato@glitchia.com. The reply goes out within [period].
